John H. Brinegar is a Teaching Assistant Professor and Director of Undergraduate Curriculum in the Department of English at Virginia Commonwealth University. He holds a PhD in English from UNC-Chapel Hill (2000), an MA in English from UNC-Chapel Hill (1994), and dual BAs in English and Linguistics from the University of Oregon (1992, 1990).
