John Ferguson

John Ferguson is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at the Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University. He holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, a Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt University Divinity School, and a B.A. from Howard Payne University.

His research focuses on the intersection of law, ethics, and business practices, with particular emphasis on First Amendment issues, constitutional interpretation, and legal frameworks governing business operations. His work examines how legal principles apply in organizational contexts and educational settings.

Ferguson's publications demonstrate consistent focus on legal-ethical interfaces in business environments. His recent works explore business law fundamentals while earlier scholarship examines constitutional issues including religious expression, gun control legislation, and public displays of religious symbols.
