John Donaldson is a Lecturer and Associate Head of the Department of Animal Production, Welfare and Veterinary Sciences at Harper Adams University. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture (Animal Science) from the University of Aberdeen (1988–1992) and a doctorate on protein nutrition in sheep immunity. His roles include Senior Tutor for BSc Agriculture students (2000–2016), Partnership Coordinator managing Harper Adams' programs at Askham Bryan and Reaseheath Colleges, and Academic Staff Governor.
