John DeStefano is a Professor at Campbell University School of Law, teaching courses including Wills & Trusts, Estate Planning & Drafting, and Federal Income Tax. His research focuses on the political economy of trusts and estates. He also serves as Of Counsel with Baker & Hostetler LLP in Washington, DC, advising high-net-worth families on legacy planning. Prior to academia, he practiced law at Proskauer Rose LLP and worked as a private equity analyst.
