John Culhane is Professor of Law and the H. Albert Young Fellow in Constitutional Law at Widener University's Delaware Law School, and a visiting professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He co-directs the Family Health Law & Policy Institute.
His research expertise spans Constitutional Law, Torts, Family Law, Public Health Law, First Amendment, and LGBTQ+ legal issues. With over 40 scholarly publications, Culhane is a leading authority in legal scholarship at the intersection of health, family policy, and civil rights.
