John Conway

John Conway is an Associate Professor of Graphic Design at Lynn University, affiliated with the College of Communication and Design. Previously, he served as a Professor at Digital Media Arts College (DMAC). With 18 years of teaching experience, he specializes in Motion Graphics, Character Animation, and Photography. His career includes 15 years as a freelance animator for major brands like Nissan, Dell, and Sesame Workshop, alongside collaborations with Grammy-winning artist Ziggy Marley and NFT projects with artists like Dalek. Conway holds an M.F.A. in Computer Art from Florida Atlantic University (2004) and a B.F.A. in Computer Animation & Digital Video from Savannah College of Art and Design (2001).

His research focuses on integrating advanced technologies into higher education curricula, as seen in his 2021 conference presentation. Awards include the Silver Addy Award (2019) and multiple Excellence Awards from the BEA Faculty Film Festival (2018–2020).
