Benjamin Baxter is an Associate Professor of Animation and Media Production at Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU), serving as Chair of both the Division of Art and Design and the Division of Communication Arts. He joined OBU in 2016 after working as a full-time 3D Artist in Orlando, FL, and has over 15 years of experience as a freelance photographer.
Education: B.A. from Ouachita Baptist University; M.F.A. from The Savannah College of Art and Design.
Teaching focuses include 3D computer graphics, character animation, and digital photography. Courses taught: Intro to Digital Photography, History and Principles of Animation, Character Animation, Advanced Character Animation, Intro to 3D Computer Graphics, and Advanced 3D Computer Graphics.
