John A. Vigna serves as an Assistant Professor of History and Economics at the United States Military Academy (West Point, New York), teaching courses in Military History, Economic History, American History, and American Politics. He is also a Program Manager in the Army’s Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis (OEMA), contributing to talent management initiatives such as the Career Satisfaction Program, Talent-Based Branching, AIM2, and IPPS-A. Additionally, he acts as an Officer Representative for the Men’s Soccer Team and facilitates VIP tours for the Department of Social Sciences.
