Captain Kathryn (Katy) Dula is an active-duty U.S. Army Officer who, as of July 2025, serves as an Instructor in the Department of Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Commissioned in 2018, she brings operational experience from Fort Carson and strategic analytical expertise from the Army’s Artificial Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C).
