Professor Jocelyne Cesari is the Chair of Religion and Politics at the University of Birmingham and director of research at the Edward Cadbury Centre for the Public Understanding of Religion. She is also a Senior Fellow at Georgetown University's Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs and the T. J. Dermot Dunphy Visiting Professor of Religion, Violence, and Peacebuilding at Harvard Divinity School. Her research bridges religious studies and social sciences, focusing on religion and politics interactions across traditions.
