Dr Jing Luo is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Greenwich's Executive Business Centre. She previously studied and worked at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and has contributed to research projects funded by China's National Natural Science Foundation, including the Ford Foundation-supported 'Changing Academic Profession' initiative.
