Jihoon Seo is an Assistant Professor at Clarkson University's Coulter School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, affiliated with the Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and the Center for Advanced Materials Processing (CAMP). His research focuses on developing sustainable CMP slurries and post-CMP cleaning solutions, leveraging expertise in colloid chemistry, electrochemistry, and nanoparticle synthesis. Dr. Seo earned his Ph.D. in Energy Engineering and B.E. in Materials Science from Hanyang University.
