Abul Khondker

Abul Khondker is an Associate Professor and Executive Officer at the Coulter School of Engineering & Applied Sciences, Clarkson University. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rice University (1983), and B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Engineering and Technology. His research focuses on digital design using FPGAs, solid-state materials, device theory, and VLSI design. He teaches courses in electrical circuits, microelectronics, VLSI design, and digital signal processing.

Dr. Khondker is affiliated with the 134 CAMP Building office (Phone: 315/268-2127) and contributes to the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering. His work bridges theoretical and applied aspects of electrical engineering, emphasizing modern technologies like FPGA-based systems and semiconductor device physics.
