Paul McGrath is a Professor and Chair of the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at Clarkson University, affiliated with the Coulter School of Engineering & Applied Sciences and the Center for Electric Power System Research (CEPSR). He holds a B.S. (1971) and Ph.D. (1977) in Electrical Engineering from Queen Mary College, London University.
Research Interests: Focus on dielectric materials and high voltage engineering, including gas, liquid, and solid insulation systems for power engineering applications. Experimental and modeling techniques are used to investigate material behavior in power systems.
