Ming-Cheng Cheng is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Clarkson University, affiliated with the Coulter School of Engineering & Applied Sciences. His research focuses on physical modeling and simulation of nano-scale devices, electro-thermal issues in semiconductor devices, and electromagnetic simulations. He received his B.S. from National Chiao Tung University (Taiwan) and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University (Brooklyn, NY).
