Ji-Young Jung is a Senior Lecturer in Korean at Columbia University's Department of East Asian Languages & Cultures. With an 18-year teaching career, she specializes in Korean language education, including heritage speakers and advanced proficiency levels. Prior to Columbia, she taught at the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University. She holds full certifications for ACTFL’s OPI and ILR OPI language proficiency assessments.
