Jessica de Perio Wittman is an Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Law Library at the University of Connecticut School of Law. She oversees library operations and technology systems, teaches courses in Advanced Legal Research, Technology and Law Practice, and Special Education Law, and focuses on enhancing accessibility and inclusivity in legal education through technology.

Her research explores intersections of legal education with assistive/adaptive technologies and diversity initiatives. She pioneered the first distance education course at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and contributed to three online degrees at The John Marshall Law School.
