Michelle Cosby

Michelle Cosby serves as Assistant Dean of Legal Information Services and Professor of Law at Washington and Lee University School of Law since June 2022, overseeing the law library's operations and strategic direction.

• Previous Roles: Director of Law Library at Temple University, Associate Director at University of Tennessee Joel A. Katz Law Library, senior reference librarian at North Carolina Central University, and reference librarian at University of Kentucky and Miami Law Libraries.
• Leadership: Chaired AALL during the pandemic and George Floyd's death, coordinating the first virtual AALL conference.
