Jessica Steen

Dr. Jessica Steen is an Associate Professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry, where she holds multiple leadership roles: Director of the Glaucoma Service, attending optometric physician at the Eye Care Institute, and Primary Care with Emphasis in Ocular Disease Residency Coordinator. She teaches courses in glaucoma and ocular pharmacology.

Education includes an OD degree from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science and a residency in Primary Care with Emphasis in Ocular Disease at Nova Southeastern University.

Her clinical and research interests focus on:

• Glaucoma diagnosis and surgical management
• Retinal and neuro-ophthalmic diseases
• Artificial intelligence applications in glaucoma progression analysis
