Jessica J Skradski is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Creighton University's School of Pharmacy and Health Professions, and serves as Director of the CUMC Community Pharmacy Practice Residency Program. Her work focuses on clinical pharmacy practice innovations, particularly in interprofessional healthcare delivery and pharmacist-led wellness interventions.
Her research emphasizes cardiovascular risk management, diabetes care optimization, and workplace health initiatives. Notable contributions include studies on medication adherence improvement strategies, lifestyle modification programs, and the development of composite indices to measure quality of life impacts of health interventions.
Dr. Skradski has been recognized with the NACDS Million Hearts Grant and NADCS Community PREP Grant for her residency program and community pharmacy initiatives. Her scholarly work bridges clinical practice advancements with population health outcomes, emphasizing pharmacist's expanded role in preventive care delivery.
