Jessica Skelley is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Samford University's McWhorter School of Pharmacy with board certification in ambulatory care. She practices at Christ Health Center/St. Vincent's East Family Medicine, providing pharmacotherapy services and medical resident education.
Research interests center on sustainable pharmacy practice models, chronic disease management in primary care, and interprofessional education. Key focus areas include:
- Pharmacist impact on diabetes/COPD outcomes
- Therapeutic inertia in chronic disease

- Medication adherence strategies
