Jessica Houlihan, MPH, MSPAS, PA-C is a Lecturer and Director of Undergraduate Studies for BS Dietetics and BS Human Nutrition programs at the University of Kentucky's Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. She joined the faculty in January 2016 and has maintained clinical practice at UK Healthcare Pediatric Specialty Department since 2017.

Her research interests focus on clinical and community-based nutrition, quality improvement in healthcare, preventative medicine, women's health issues, and public health research. She actively participates in teaching and precepting students while maintaining clinical practice.
