Jessica Goldberg is a Research Assistant Professor in the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study & Human Development at Tufts University. She holds a PhD in Child Development from Tufts and a BA in English & Anthropology from Oberlin College. Her work focuses on child and family policy, program evaluation, and home visiting initiatives. She co-leads the Massachusetts Home Visiting Initiative (MHVI) Implementation Study, examining systemic impacts of early childhood programs, and directs evaluations of Healthy Families Massachusetts (HFM) through a randomized controlled trial. Goldberg’s research emphasizes policy-realization processes and equity in service delivery systems. She has secured grants from agencies like the CDC, HRSA, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Her team, part of the Tufts Interdisciplinary Evaluation Research (TIER) group, prioritizes actionable findings for public health and social justice.
