Dr. Jessica Berrios is an Assistant Professor at St. Thomas Aquinas College (STAC), where she spearheaded the development of the Exercise Science program from its inception. She holds a PhD and MBA in Exercise Science from Springfield College, and a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Queens College. Her research focuses on human performance, particularly the impact of mental fatigue on motor movement, for which she received the Top Presentation Award at the 2014 World Conference on Physical Education and Sport.
