Jesse Saginor

Jesse Saginor, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Real Estate Development Program at the University of Maryland's built environment school. He previously held leadership roles at Florida Atlantic University, including associate dean, department chair, and program coordinator, and taught at Texas A&M University. His research focuses on affordable housing, real estate development, economic policy, and the impact of automation/technology on urban environments. He serves on the Delray Beach Housing Authority (chair since 2018) and the School District of Palm Beach County's $1.3B sales tax oversight committee.
