Neil Dunse is a Professor at Heriot-Watt University, affiliated with The Urban Institute and the School of the Built Environment. His research focuses on real estate markets, urban studies, and housing policy. He holds academic positions in both the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society and the School of the Built Environment, emphasizing interdisciplinary urban research.
