Arthur Acolin is an Associate Professor and Bob Filley Endowed Chair in the Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington’s College of Built Environments. His research focuses on housing economics, with an emphasis on international housing policy and finance. He investigates how housing market institutions and market designs influence household access to housing, including tenure choice, consumption, and mobility decisions.
