Jenny Dees is a Senior Lecturer of Music Education at Texas Tech University’s School of Music, where she has taught for 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s degree in Music Education from TTU.

- Active clinician, presenter, and consultant nationally
Her research focuses on early childhood education, arts integration, curriculum development, and implementing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in music settings. She has received awards including Texas Tech’s Professing Excellence Award (2017) and induction into the TTU Teaching Academy (2019).
