Jenny Cole

Jenny Cole is a Lecturer in Psychology at Keele University's School of Psychology. Her qualitative research examines body image, weight stigma, and gendered health experiences, with recent work on endometriosis impacts and digital avatar influences.

Publications investigate selfie paradoxes in young women, male body image across life stages, and video game character representation. Teaching includes qualitative methods and social psychology courses.

Her career spans Staffordshire University, Manchester Metropolitan University (as Digital Education Lead during COVID-19), and Keele University since 2022.
