Jennifer Smyer Dickey is a Clinical Associate Professor and the Endowed Chair of Global Leadership at the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, Baylor University. She directs the Global Mission Leadership (GML) Initiative, fostering reciprocal cross-cultural learning and global leadership. Her work emphasizes cultural humility, international volunteerism, and non-profit impact assessment.
