Whitney Luce is the Director of Practicum Education and a Clinical Associate Professor at the Diana R. Garland School of Social Work, Baylor University. She teaches at the Waco campus and oversees field education programs across all campus locations. A Baylor alumna, she earned her BA (2003) and MSW (2004) in Social Work from the same institution. Her professional credentials include LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker).

Research & Practice Focus: Luce specializes in grief counseling for infant loss, teen parenting support, adoption (particularly inter-racial adoption), and medical social work. She co-founded Perinatal Support of Texas, a nonprofit aiding families confronting perinatal loss.
