Kerri Fisher serves as Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Clinical Associate Professor at Baylor University’s Diana R. Garland School of Social Work. She holds an MSW from the University of Texas and a BA in Psychology from Howard Payne University. Her work focuses on diversity training, school-based social work, and anti-oppressive practices. She chairs the school’s Diversity Initiative and co-hosts the On • Ramp podcast, addressing cultural humility and social justice.
