Jennifer S. Martin

Jennifer S. Martin is a Professor of Law at Albany Law School, effective July 1, 2023, and serves as the Interim Director of the Financial Compliance and Risk Management Program. She previously practiced law at Baker & Botts, L.L.P., and worked with Houston Industries Incorporated (now Reliant Energy). Her expertise spans contract and commercial law, with a focus on remedies, wartime contracting, consumer rights, and lender liability.
