Jennifer Pindyck serves as Associate Professor, Chair of Interior Architecture, and Associate Chair of Architecture in Auburn University's School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture (APLA) within the College of Architecture, Design and Construction (CADC).
Her educational credentials include:
- Master of Architecture, Harvard University Graduate School of Design
- Bachelor of Arts, Studio Art, Wellesley College
Professor Pindyck holds professional certification as a Registered Architect in Georgia. Her research and teaching focus on spatial interpretation, program re-programming, and materiality, with emphasis on creating inclusive, equitable architectures for public and shared spaces through exploratory design processes.
She founded DSNWRK, an Atlanta-based practice specializing in public space design, completing projects including Tulsa's Gathering Place Project (Lodge, Boathouse, Cabana). Prior experience includes over a decade at Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects (Yale Health Center, Princeton Arts and Transit) and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates. She actively mentors students through Birmingham workshops and CADC summer camps, and was promoted with tenure effective Fall 2025.
