Jennifer Kruglinski is an Associate Professor in the Art Department at Salisbury University, located in Fulton Hall (FH) 295. She holds a PhD and MA in Art History from Stony Brook University (2014 and 2007, respectively), an MA in Women's and Gender Studies from Stony Brook (2012), and a BA in Art History from Rutgers College (2003).
Her research focuses on Modern and Contemporary Art History, with a specialization in Feminist Conceptual art's use of satire and humor as strategic tactics in the late 20th century. She intersects art historical analysis with gender studies to explore how humor functions as a subversive tool in feminist artistic practices.
