Jennifer Kempka serves as Adjunct Faculty of Music at Winthrop University's Conservatory of Music since 1999, specializing in piano performance and education. As Class Piano Coordinator, she oversees curriculum development for group piano instruction and serves as staff collaborative pianist for vocal/instrumental recitals.
Her teaching expertise includes individual piano instruction and collaborative performance. She directs the Winthrop Academy of Music's piano studio and coordinates music programming for St-Arts, an arts initiative for middle school students.
Kempka studied with Dr. Rodney Reynerson (Appalachian State University) and Dr. Eugene Barban (Winthrop University). She maintains an active performance schedule as collaborative pianist throughout the Charlotte metropolitan region.
