Jennifer Johnston

Jennifer Johnston is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Organisations, Systems and People at the Faculty of Business & Law, University of Portsmouth. She brings extensive industry experience from the Hospitality and Events sector, with specialization in Human Resource Management, including recruitment, training, and employment law. She currently serves as Course Leader for the Hospitality Management and Tourism programmes and has previously held leadership roles in International Business Management, admissions, and personal tutoring.

Her research focuses on innovative pedagogical approaches in higher education, particularly:
