Seidu Bawumia is a Senior Lecturer in Law at London Metropolitan University, affiliated with the Guildhall School of Business and Law. With over fourteen years of service, he specializes in commercial law, teaching subjects such as contract law, tort law, employment law, business crime, investment law, taxation, and company law. His academic research focuses on company law and financial regulation.
He has held significant roles, including Course Leader for the LLB Business Law programme (2004–2013) and Course Organiser for the Institute of Legal Executives programme. Additionally, he serves as Admissions Tutor for direct entry students and actively participates in student support initiatives, including welcome week programming and academic guidance.
