Professor Jennifer Howard-Grenville serves as the Diageo Professor in Organisation Studies and Director of the Doctoral Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. She concurrently holds leadership roles in the Organisational Theory and Information Systems subject group and the Conservation Research Institute.
Her academic foundation includes:
- BSc in Engineering from Queen's University, Canada
- MA from University of Oxford
- PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Her research examines sustainability-driven organisational transformation through ethnographic studies in manufacturing, apparel, and energy sectors. She investigates how collective culture navigates change despite diverse staff experiences, with recent focus on hybrid work models and cross-organisational collaboration for social impact initiatives reaching 18 million people in Africa and Asia.
