Patrizia Vecchi

Patrizia Vecchi is an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour at the Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. She serves as the Academic Programme Director for the Cambridge Rising Women Leaders Programme, which focuses on the unique challenges women face as leaders in organisations. Her academic affiliations include the Organisational Behaviour subject group, dedicated to translating scientific research into practical organisational applications.

Research and Teaching Focus

Patrizia's research explores interpersonal relationships in organisations, social networks, interpersonal cognition, and teamwork. These areas investigate how individual and group dynamics influence organisational effectiveness. Her teaching expertise spans negotiation, power and politics, and leading change, which she delivers to professionals and executives globally. At Cambridge Judge Business School, she contributes to the Executive MBA, Cambridge Senior Management Programme, and other flagship Executive Education initiatives.
