Jennifer Hartmann is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at CUNY York College, with appointments since 2023. She holds a PhD in Social Work from Columbia University (2023), an MSW from Case Western Reserve University (2012), and a BA in French from Xavier University (2008). Her research focuses on intersections of intimate partner violence (IPV) with child and family welfare systems globally, particularly in refugee populations.
