Jennifer Buchter

Jennifer Buchter serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education at Eastern Illinois University. Her academic responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses such as SPE 3220: Behaviors of Young Children (Birth to 8) At Risk and with Exceptional Learning Needs, and SPE 5770: Practicum in Special Education.
