Stella Kyprianou serves as a Clinical Professor in the Department of Childhood, Bilingual and Special Education at Brooklyn College's School of Education, City University of New York (CUNY), where she prepares educators for diverse learning environments through clinical instruction and curriculum development.
Her research and teaching expertise centers on Special Education, Bilingual Education, and Childhood Education, with specialized focus on pedagogical strategies for students with special needs across developmental stages. She emphasizes practical application through student teaching supervision and curriculum modification techniques.
Professor Kyprianou teaches graduate courses including Student Teaching Practicum (7214T), Young Children with Special Needs (7663T), Special Issues in Education (7664T), Students with Special Needs (7674T), Curriculum Modifications for Teaching Students with Special Needs (7677T), Seminar and Student Teaching in Special Needs (7681T), and Student Teaching: Middle Childhood and Adolescent Special Needs (7699T).
