Jennifer M. Bekki is a Professor in The Polytechnic School within the Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU) and serves as the Associate Dean of Inclusive Excellence within the same institution. She previously held roles as Associate Director of The Polytechnic School and inaugural leader of the Engineering Education Systems and Design (EESD) graduate program. Her work focuses on interdisciplinary research addressing STEM graduate student and faculty wellbeing, particularly examining how interpersonal, structural, and institutional supports influence persistence and mental health among underrepresented groups.
