Prof. Jennie Winter serves as Dean of Teaching and Learning and Professor of Academic Development at Plymouth Marjon University. She leads the PGCert in Academic Practice and drives strategic curriculum development to enhance student experience. Her research focuses on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), pedagogic innovation, and curricular decolonization. She holds National Teaching Fellow (2016) and Principal Fellowship (2019) from Advance HE.

Publications: Over 50 peer-reviewed articles since 2008, focusing on sustainable pedagogy, curriculum decolonization, and HE governance. Recent work examines student representation and energy literacy.
