Jeffrey L. Bernstein is a full-time Professor of Political Science and Director of the Bruce K. Nelson Faculty Development Center at Eastern Michigan University, where he has served since 1997. His career spans research in American Politics, Campaigns and Elections, and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), with a focus on collaborative teaching and civic engagement.
