Jeffrey C. Suhling

Jeffrey C. Suhling is the Quina Distinguished Professor and Department Chair of Mechanical Engineering at Auburn University. His research focuses on the mechanical and thermal behavior of lead-free solder alloys, particularly in automotive electronics and high strain rate applications. He has extensively studied the reliability of hybrid SAC-LTS solder joints under thermal cycling, vibration, and shock.
