Jee Chang is a part-time Assistant Professor at The New School's Parsons School of Design and an adjunct professor at Pratt Institute. As founder and Leadership Director of UME, a collaborative design studio, she merges creative direction with leadership development to advance feminine leadership and organizational consciousness.

With two decades of experience leading creative teams for Amazon Fashion, CNN, Food Network, and emerging brands, she emphasizes aligning personal and organizational values. Her teaching includes Senior Project 2: Capstone (PUDM 4121) at Parsons and Pratt. UME focuses on regenerative branding and inclusive leadership frameworks.
She is currently pursuing ICF certification through the Newfield Organization. Outside academia, she supports social change initiatives in developing countries and mentors young women through collaborative design.
