Jean-Noël TROCHU is a Professor (PUPH) of Cardiology and Vascular Diseases at the University of Nantes, serving as Coordinating Physician of the CIC INSERM and Local/Inter-regional Coordinator of the DES in Cardiology. He is affiliated with the Thorax Institute (INSERM UMR 915) where he leads research in cardiovascular pathophysiology.
His research focuses on:

- Cardiac transplantation and mechanical circulatory support
