Jaye Calhoun serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans' College of Law while maintaining her primary practice as a partner in Kean Miller's tax group. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in federal, state, and local tax compliance, planning, and litigation. She represents clients before the IRS, Louisiana Department of Revenue, and local authorities, and holds board certifications in Taxation and Estate Planning from the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
